<p>Why do the CDC officials persist in telling the public that this <strong>H1N1</strong> strain of influenza is quite dangerous when the experience of those in the southern hemisphere (which just finished their flu season) is in direct conflict with what the CDC is telling the American people.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s what they purposely leave out, omit, or don&#8217;t have answers for that is the scary part about this blown out of proportion so-called pandemic.</p>
<p>A young high school football player was infected with the <strong>H1N1</strong> virus, received some form of medication for his flu symptoms, and then quickly developed a life-threatening staph infection in his lungs.</p>
<p>This is probably what was the REAL cause and NOT the <strong>H1n1</strong> virus (if it was the <strong>H1N1</strong> virus to begin with &#8211; no one tested)</p>
<blockquote><p>Methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus is a bacterial infection resistant to antibiotic methicillin. Staphylococcus aureus, sometimes referred to simply as &#8220;staph,&#8221; or &#8220;staph A&#8221; is a common bacterium found on the skin of healthy people. If staph gets into the body it can cause a minor infection such as boils or pimples or serious infections such as pneumonia or blood infections.<br />
We already know the reason for the ever increasing threat of MRSA – over use of antibiotics, both in medicine and conventional farming practices. It&#8217;s an entirely man-made problem.</p></blockquote>
<p>However, no questions were asked about what type of medication he received, even though it was clear that, after recovering slightly, he then quickly deteriorated after receiving the medication.</p>
<p>There was also no mention of whether the teen had already been vaccinated for seasonal or <strong>H1N1</strong> influenza, either recently or in the past years.</p>
<p>Some More <strong>H1N1</strong> Facts that you are NOT being made aware of:</p>

<li>A Canadian preliminary study  suggests that those who have gotten seasonal influenza vaccine in past years may be at greater risk for getting <strong>H1N1</strong> and having complications.</li>
<li>Of the 36 children who died from <strong>H1N1</strong> between April and August of this year, 30 had some form of chronic health condition, and all of them had a co-occurring bacterial infection.</li>
<li>The vast majority of people (99.99%) are having very brief and mild illnesses from this virus. And yet, some people do die from it</li>
<li>Which people are most at risk?
<ol>
<li>Obesity &#8211; obese people are admitted 6x more often than those of normal weight. Obesity is also associated with a high incidence of insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome, both of which increase your risk of having a serious infection, even to mild viruses.</li>
<li>Chronic Conditions &#8211; Asthma, Immune Deficiency disorders. Those whose health is already compromised and would more than likely be infected with another more dangerous seasonal flu virus.</li>

<p>What precautions can you take to avoid getting <strong>Swine Flu (H1N1)</strong> and/or minimizing it&#8217;s effect?</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Take Vitamin D</strong> &#8211; vitamin D deficiency is likely the TRUE culprit behind the seasonality of the flu &#8212; not the flu virus itself.</li>
<li><strong>Avoid Sugar and Processed Foods</strong> &#8211; Sugar decreases the function of your immune system almost immediately</li>
<li><strong>Get Enough Rest</strong> &#8211; If you&#8217;re overly tired, you won&#8217;t have the strength to fight the flu or any resulting infections that may occur.</li>
<li><strong>Exercise</strong> &#8211; exercise creates blood flow which naturally allows your immune system FIND and FIGHT OFF any invaders!</li>
<li><strong>Avoid Damaged Omega-6 Trans Fats</strong> &#8211; These are found in processed JUNK FOOD. Find supplements such as Fish Oil, Krill Oil or any foods that contain Omega-3 Animal-based Fats.</li>

<p style="text-indent:10px;">Despite the urgency and threat of this virus, the President&#8217;s own daughters have not been rushed to the nearest clinic for a protective <strong>swine flu</strong> shot. According to a blurb on the Fox News White House blog, President Obama&#8217;s daughters have not been vaccinated against<strong> H1N1</strong>. The White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said &#8220;the vaccine is not available to them based on their risk.&#8221;</p>
<p style="text-indent:10px;">This seems odd, if you ask me. Surely the First Family would receive any and all protective measures against a <strong>deadly epidemic</strong> that is spreading like wildfire and claiming the lives of healthy children and young adults?</p>
<p style="text-indent:10px;">It also seems odd to declare a national emergency even if there were 1,000 confirmed <strong>swine flu deaths</strong>. There are so many diseases that claim so many more lives each and every year&#8230; The only difference is they don&#8217;t have a vaccine against them that they can promote that every man, woman, and child should take.</p>
<p style="text-indent:10px;">For example, hospital-acquired infections alone kill some 90,000 people annually in the US!</p>
<p style="text-indent:10px;">Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), is one specific type of infection that poses a very serious public health risk. MRSA infections are getting progressively worse and actually exact a greater death toll than &#8220;modern plagues&#8221; like AIDS.</p>
<p style="text-indent:10px;">In fact, a 2007 issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) found there were close to 100,000 cases of invasive MRSA infections in the United States in 2005 (one of the most recent years for which data is available), which lead to more than 18,600 deaths.
<p style="text-indent:10px;">Again, I have to stress the obvious that the response to the<strong> swine flu</strong> is so outrageously exaggerated it defies all logic.</p>

<h3><span style="color: #008000;">Here Are Some Of The &#8220;Stupid Science&#8221; Products I&#8217;ve Recently Seen Promoted</span></h3>
<p><strong>NUMBER ONE:</strong> Alkaline<strong> Water</strong> Products &#8211; ie. Water that has <strong>Minerals</strong> added, supposedly to boost it&#8217;s alkalinity, and SOMEHOW by trying to &#8220;Fool Mother Nature&#8221; restore and promote Good Health.</p>
<p>If you had done some research into &#8220;<strong>ALTERED WATER</strong>&#8221; as I have, you would have learned that &#8220;Altered Water&#8221; does NOT hydrate cells &#8211; which is the ONLY function of <strong>water.</strong> As a matter of fact, these &#8220;Altered, <strong>Mineralized Water Products</strong>&#8221; will cause dehydration!.</p>
<p>The pH level of <strong>Water</strong> from natural sources is 7.0 &#8211; 7.2, which is alkaline enough. But on top of that it will hydrate cells, because the molecular structure of the basic H2O chemical composition of <strong>water</strong> has NOT been &#8220;altered&#8221;. Surprisingly 7.0 &#8211; 7.2 is the pH level at which the body functions optimally to maintain health. The only natural <strong>water</strong> product, which was  researched at Fenestra for over 6 months with 200 participants in the study is <a href="http://www.primordialmwater.com/capture">M-Powerment Water</a>. This philosophy fails to understand that, when you are diseased, health is gone, and even if the <strong>disease</strong> is &#8220;killed&#8221;, the cause of the <strong>disease</strong> would still be present.</p>
<p>At one time, because of nutrient-rich soil, clean water, organic fertilizers, abundant, beneficial insects and micro-flora, it was possible to consume the now defunct &#8220;<strong>healthy diet</strong>&#8220;, and be able to maintain, quite naturally, healthy, balanced intestinal flora.</p>
<p>No one has ever lived in a perfect world, but it has never been more imperfect than it is now. Soil depletion, insecticide-herbicide-chemically fertilized farms, cooked, processed, chemical-laden foods, anti-microbial soaps, antiseptics, the overuse of<strong> antibiotics</strong>, irradiation, chlorinated drinking water, widespread use of birth control pills, immunosuppressant drugs, chemotherapy and much more all conspire to destroy what we may call &#8220;the body ecology&#8221;.</p>
<p><em>Harvey Wiley</em>, once head of the <em><strong>American Bureau of Chemistry (now known as the Food and Drug Administration)</strong></em>, was a strong proponent of good triumphing over evil in the American food industry, but his ouster by the food and drug cartels spelled ultimate freedom for pharmaceutical and food &#8220;lords&#8221; to flood our markets with what has been referred to as &#8220;plastic&#8221; food.</p>
<p>We have come to the point where packaged mixes and dinners, fast served, processed foods, sugar-laden drinks, and even vitamins and supplements are the things people call &#8220;food&#8221;.</p>
<p>Wiley feared, with good reason, the future of mankind who, having to sustain itself on the commercially proffered &#8220;food&#8221; would fall prey to illness, weakness and disease. He knew that the food we consume becomes a &#8220;substrate&#8221; material that is acted upon by the microbiological cultures present in your system, and that the quality of the food you consume has everything to do with the survival of a healthy microbiology.</p>
<p>Eating &#8220;<strong>junk food</strong>&#8220;, America&#8217;s favorite diet, supplies substrates that lead to disease-creating microbiology! When processed, incomplete foods are consumed regularly, the microbiology dissolves and adjusts downward to the level and quality of the available material. Unfortunately, as modern agricultural methods continue to use chemistry on an ever-increasing basis, the food which is produced will continue to become less of a substrate for healthy microbiology.</p>

<p>Minerals are the electrolytes in our body that maintain bodily functions and gives us a healthy mind and body.  They also give our  bones and tendons enough density and strength to support our weight and enables our brain to function as it should.</p>
<p>Think of minerals as the battery to your body, as the battery is to your car. With out that battery in your car, it is not going to start or turn over the starter. Well, same thing with your body with one slight difference. That difference is that your body can function on partial battery for a longer time, where the car will not…</p>
<p>Mineral deficiency taxes your body and ends up disabling different systems and organs. Over time when mineral depletion is prolonged, more symptoms appear <strong>such as:</strong></p>

<p>Many well-respected scientists, researchers and medical professionals have established a relationship between mineral deficiencies and a wide variety of health conditions which afflict the human body. Additionally, extensive medical research, clinical and hospital studies have confirmed the effectiveness of minerals to working with many of these health conditions.</p>
<p>For example, diabetes or hypoglycemia involves chromium, zinc and vanadium deficiencies; cancer and heart disease involve selenium, copper, and more. Most everyone knows that osteoporosis involves a calcium deficiency, but fewer know about the need for magnesium and boron as well.</p>

<h3>What Are Electrolytes?</h3>
<p>Electrolytes are substances that dissociate into ions when fused or in solution. They are then capable of conducting electricity. In the body, the electrolytes play an essential role in the workings of the cells and in maintaining healthy fluid levels and a normal acid-alkaline ratio.</p>
<p>When the electrolytes are in short supply, or are not in the correct proportion, other symptoms occur in your body. Those symptoms can be subtle and most people will ignore the symptoms until illness occurs.</p>
<p>If a body does not have the optimum number or the correct proportion of  Electrolytes in the system all kinds of things happen to you. Vitamins and minerals cannot be absorbed and you end up with &#8220;symptoms&#8221; such as sluggish drained feeling, slight depression, headaches, dry mouth, ever so slight dizziness, dry skin, or dry hair.</p>

<h3>What Is pH level?</h3>
<p>pH (<span class="bold"></span><em>potential of</em> <span class="bold"></span><em>Hydrogen concentration</em>) is the term used to identify the intensity of an acid or alkali. The potential ranges from 0 (extremely acidic) to 14 (extremely alkaline).  We want the fluids in our bodies to have a neutral pH level, which is 7.0 &#8211; 7.2.</p>
<p>No health disorder or disease can possibly sustain itself when the pH is maintained in the neutral zone. At this level, the body is:</p>
<ul>
<li>highly oxygenated</li>
<li>it detoxifies and heals itself</li>
<li>it&#8217;s cells are energized</li>
<li>it has a strong immunity to all diseases</li>
</ul>
<p>All regulatory systems in the body are constantly working to keep the correct pH level in the body. The acid-alkaline balance regulates one&#8217;s breathing, circulation, digestion, elimination, hormonal production, immune system and much more.</p>
<p>A very easy and simple way to check your overall health is to test the pH of your saliva and urine. pH testing papers can be found in some Pharmacies and Health Food Stores. This test shows if your body fluids are either acidic, alkaline or within an acceptable range.</p>
<p><code>Author S. Whang, in his book "Reverse Aging"</code> states that, &#8220;<span class="red">As long as there are sufficient amounts of alkaline minerals in the body, poisonous acids are neutralized</span>. When there is not adequate supply of calcium or other alkaline minerals in the body, the body borrows calcium from bones to survive.&#8221;</p>

<p>To explain this let&#8217;s use a typical<strong> oxidation</strong> process.  You have seen <strong>oxidation</strong> of metals.  Iron gets rusty, aluminum gets a white film, copper turns green.  That&#8217;s what happens when elements such as air and water exert their forces.</p>
<p>The same thing happens in our bodies.  Just by breathing you are creating <strong>oxidants</strong>.  <strong>Oxidants </strong>are also known as &#8220;free radicals&#8221;.</p>
<p><strong>A free radical</strong> is an atom or group of atoms that has at least<br />
one unpaired electron, which means it&#8217;s highly unstable and highly reactive.</p>
<p><strong> How do free radicals cause damage?</strong> </p>
<p><strong>Free radicals</strong> destroy tissue in search of electrons.  They damage tissue by &#8220;stealing&#8221; electrons from your body&#8217;s cells.</p>
<p>Mother Nature knew this would happen, so foods high in <strong>antioxidants</strong> became abundantly available.</p>
<p><strong> Where are antioxidants and how do you find them?</strong> </p>
<p>Fresh, raw, naturally matured and ripened <strong>fruit and vegetables</strong> are where antioxidants are found.  Unfortunately, in the last century modern farming methods have degraded the natural &#8220;chemo-preventive&#8221; properties of <strong>fruits and vegetables</strong>.  Unfortunately, also, modern food processing methods have managed to strip out all the health benefits of most of our foods.</p>
<p>Our hectic, busy lifestyles are also doing us in.  Not eating fresh, raw, naturally matured and ripened <strong>fruits and vegetables</strong> is causing <strong>premature agin</strong>g, chronic health problems, and even terrible conditions such as <strong>cancer</strong>.  It&#8217;s so much easier to pull a box out of the cupboard and create an instant meal &#8211; totally devoid of any healthy content, than it is to take the time to prepare healthy natural meals.</p>
<p><strong> How do anitoxidants work?</strong> <span id="more-13"></span> </p>
<p><strong>Antioxidants</strong>, also known as phytochemicals or phytonutrients, sacrifice themselves by donating an electron to <strong>free radicals</strong>. In other words, the more <strong>antioxidants</strong> you have in your bloodstream, donating electrons and neutralizing these <strong>free radicals</strong>, the healthier you will be.</p>
<h4>What are the benefits of anti-oxidants?</h4>
<ul>
<li>Will help rebuild a strong healthy immune system.</li>
<li>Will radically improve digestion.</li>
<li>Will slow down the aging process. The inevitable wrinkled skin,<br />

<p><strong>So, what is the solution?  How do you get these all important anti-oxidants?</strong></p>
<h4>There are a couple of solutions.</h4>
<p>One is to buy already prepared <strong>juice</strong> in bottles.  This is not a perfect solution as all of these <strong>juices</strong> have either been pasteurized &#8211; which totally kills off most of the benefits of the <strong>fruit</strong>, have had preservatives added &#8211; which degrades the quality, or have sucrose, fructose, or some artificial sweetening<br />
compound added to make them taste any good.</p>

<p><strong>Prebiotics</strong> are food substances which promote the growth of certain bacteria (generally beneficial) in the intestines.</p>
<p><strong>Probiotic</strong> bacterial cultures are intended to assist the body&#8217;s naturally occurring flora within the <strong>digestive tract </strong>to reestablish themselves.</p>
<p>The word &#8220;probiotic&#8221; is a modern term which means just the opposite of &#8220;anti-biotic&#8221; or &#8220;anti-microbial&#8221;, which mean toxic or death.  The term anti-biotic represents the typical, failed philosophy of modern science, being that; if you &#8220;kill disease&#8221;, health will remain. <span id="more-10"></span>  This philosophy fails to understand that, when you are diseased, health is gone, and even if the disease is &#8220;killed&#8221;, the cause of the disease would still be present.</p>
<h3>All Probiotics Are Not The Same</h3>
<p>There are dozens of companies in the health industry marketing so-called &#8220;probiotic&#8221; products, some <span class="red"><strong>very much overpriced</strong></span>, and some <strong>downright dangerous</strong>.</p>
<p>They contain a few popular microorganisms commonly found in yogurt, sauerkraut and soaked wheat. Unfortunately, when you discontinue the use of these, chiefly <strong>lactic acid bacilli</strong>, these microorganisms will not remain, and benefits are gradually lost.</p>
<p>The inert-ingredient, microbiologically dormant, &#8220;blend and bottle&#8221; systems used today fall far short of this ideal.  One famous doctor advertises his &#8220;Probiotic&#8221; by stating, &#8220;<strong>Each caplet contains five carefully chosen strains of healthy bacteria. Two of these strains are in the Bifida bacteria family, including B. longum and B. bifidum. The other three are part of the Lactobacillus family, including L. acidophilus, L. casei, and L. burglarious</strong>.&#8221;</p>
<p>Sounds good, however when different microorganisms are thrown together, it is impossible to know for sure how they will interact.  There is a little known condition in microbiology called &#8220;<spanstyle="color:red"><strong>competitive exclusion</strong>&#8220;. For a microbiology to be truly &#8220;competitively exclusive&#8221; it must contain a complete system of interactive, interdependent microorganisms. This sort of microbiology is completely defensive and is capable of maintaining itself even under long-term storage conditions.</spanstyle="color:red"></p>
<h3>These Kinds Of Blended Microorganisms Are Not Stable</h3>

These all indicate that the product can and will deteriorate, grow dangerous mold, or become ineffective over time.</p>
<p>Hundreds, even thousands of species collaborate to promote disease-free, nutrient-rich plants. Expecting a microorganism to survive without its many other complimentary species is like asking a fish to survive outside of water.</p>
<p>Bacteria are usually single cell microorganisms, found in a variety of forms&#8230;some good &#8230; some bad &#8230; some ugly.</p>

<h3>One Of The Least Understood Bodily Functions Takes Place In Our Intestinal Tract</h3>
<p>This is the process of extraction of nutrients in the food mass as it progresses through both the small and<strong> large intestine (colon)</strong>, and the process of elimination of unwanted, dangerous toxic materials.</p>

<p><strong>They care about making a profit</strong>. They will blatantly lie to get you to buy their drugs so they can make that <strong>profit</strong>.  They get away with it because the punishment for doing so is usually little more than a slap on the wrist.</p>
<p>The <strong>drug companies</strong> claim that they need large earnings <strong>$125,835,595,000</strong> in 1999 to conduct their <strong>research</strong> and development.</p>

<li>In 1999 while other companies were experiencing nose-diving profit losses averaging 53%, drug companies experienced an obscene 33% profit increase</li>
<li><strong>Drug companies</strong> had the greatest return on revenues, reporting a profit of 18.5 cents for every $1 of sales</li>
<li>This was 8 times higher than the median for all Fortune 500 ndustries</li>
<li>This surpassed the next most profitable industry, which was commercial banking with a 13.5% return on revenue</li>

<h3 style="color: red">Drug Development Has Become A Race For The Bottom Line</h3>

<h3>What does this mean for consumers?</h3>
<p><strong>Advertised drugs are not necessarily safe, and drug advertisements should be looked at with discretion</strong></p>
<h3 style="color: red">Do You Know For Sure That The Drug You Are Taking Is Absolutely Safe?</h3>
<p>Many drugs spend years on the market before being taken off the market because of dangerous side-effects which surface.</p>
<p>Some of these withdrawn drugs, such as <cite class="bold">Redux, Seldan, Propulsid, Rezulin,</cite> were prescribed MILLIONS OF TIMES. According to <cite><strong>Dr. Alastair J.J. Wood, Assistant Vice Chancellor for Research at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center</strong></cite>, a staggering 19.8 million patients (almost 10% of the United States population) were estimated to have been exposed to just 5 of the 10 drugs withdrawn in the past 10 years.</p>
<p>Dr. Wood added, <span style="color: red">&#8220;None of the drugs was indicated for a life-threatening condition nor, in many cases, were they the only drugs available for that indication&#8221;</span>. Safer alternatives to these drugs existed, but<strong> intense marketing</strong> convinced <strong>doctors</strong> to prescribe them anyway.</p>
<p><strong>Drug companies</strong> can profit handsomely from such drugs. <cite><strong>Seldane</strong></cite>, the top-selling <strong>antihistamine</strong> in the world for more than a decade, was on the market for 13 years until the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) removed it in 1997, 7 years after the drug&#8217;s cardiac toxicities were identified in 1990.</p>
<p><cite><strong>Rezulin</strong></cite>, a diabetes drug withdrawn by Britain in 1997, wasn&#8217;t withdrawn by the  FDA until 2000, during which time Warner-Lambert earned $1.8 billion.</p>
<h3 class="red">The FDA Reacts</h3>
<p>If the FDA finds a drug ad to be false or misleading, it will issue a regulatory letter to the manufacturer.</p>
<p>In the late 1990s, the FDA issued more than 100 such letters per year, but as of November 2002, <strong>only 24 had been issued for the year</strong>. The decrease, thought to be the result of a new legal review of proposed regulatory letters, has raised concerns that potentially misleading drug advertisements may be gaining public exposure.</p>
<p>According to a Consumer Reports analysis of FDA regulatory letters from 1997 to 2002, the FDA charged drug companies with a variety of violations including:</p>
<ul>
<li>Omitting or minimizing drug risks</li>
<li>Exaggerating the effectiveness of a drug</li>
<li>Promoting unapproved uses for a drug</li>
<li>Making false claims that a drug is superior to another</li>
<li>Promoting drugs which are still experimental</li>
<li>Using inconsistent or incorrect labeling information</li>
<li>Giving misleading or false information to doctors</li>
</ul>
<p>Anyone who has tried to quit the anti-depressant <cite><strong>Paxil</strong></cite> will tell you that the TV ads which claim that <cite><strong>Paxil</strong></cite> is not &#8220;habit-forming&#8221; is misleading. Many people who take Paxil experience <strong>SEVERE withdrawal symptoms</strong> when trying to get off the drug, from tremors to cold sweats to &#8220;electric zaps to the brain&#8221; (not painful but very uncomfortable). The <cite><strong>Paxil</strong></cite> withdrawal is <span style="color: red"><strong>SEVERE</strong></span>.</p>
<p>The issue of concern is that consumers tend to believe that drug ads are regulated. According to one recent study, some <strong>43% of participants believed, falsely</strong>, that only &#8220;completely safe&#8221; drugs could be advertised.</p>

<p><strong>The Japanese either banned</strong> or strictly regulated artificial sweeteners during the 1960s, consistent with a popular movement away from allowing chemicals in the food supply. They soon discovered the ideal replacement for both sugar and its synthetic substitutes: refined stevia extracts.Originally introduced to Japan in 1970 by a consortium of food-product manufacturers, stevioside and other stevia products quickly caught on. <strong>By 1988, they reportedly represented approximately 41%</strong> of the market share of potently sweet substances consumed in Japan.</p>
